I have had an account with Binance since 2018.

I also made investments.

Most recently, I had invested a volume of around 7.5 BTC in assets in my account.

I was then in the hospital in 2020.

I had an API to the trading bot
(https://tradesanta.com)

During my time when I was inactive on Binance in 2020-2022, I noticed that someone booked/started a TradeSanta plan and wiped out all of my assets within 24 hours.

A criminal complaint has been filed, but there is no contact person at TradeSanta.

It's all opaque.

Nobody offers help, on the contrary, TradeSanta puts the blame on Binance.com and Binance.com considers TradeSanta responsible.

The fact is, my assets of around $500,000.00 were destroyed within 24 hours.
