1st booking has to cancel due to time lapse & price change.
No choice made 2nd booking yet there was a mistake on the sir name.
Requested for correction yet zuji wants to charge $70 admin fees & $69 airline fees.
I will never use zuji again.
Already spoilt the trip even before it started.
Why didn't zuji offer to compensate me when the 1st correct booking needs to be cancelled?
If it's not their mistake in the 1st place, a 2nd booking would not need to be raised. They didn't bother to show grace to a customer who haven't blame them when it was their mistake at 1st, yet can ruthlessly ask for $139 for sir name correction on 2nd booking. The most horrible flight booking experience I ever encountered.
