No guarantee - I had a booking reserved for over a year and they called the day before arrival to say the host was cancelling. We had it reserved to watch the solar eclipse - by then everywhere else was booked or charging incredibly high prices. They gave a refund and mentioned other locations (for 2x the price) but made no efforts to adjust the price or make amends for the last minute cancellation. We were left without a place to stay.
Update - the owner of the replacement place I booked through them just emailed me to cancel that one as well. He said he didn't know why it was still listed, it was sold months ago. Evolve cannot be trusted to provide a reliable booking.

We took some time to dig a bit further into your booking and see that the original booking was canceled due to the owner moving to a local management company that was unable to honor existing bookings. We are even more disheartened to learn that the alternative booking fell through as well.
