The fact you have to BUY a shipping label to return an item you bought is the most idiotic thing ever. Never have I bought a shipping label to return online, they usually send it to you. The dress that was bought was the worst quality dress I have ever seen looks like someone ripped a curtain down and sewed some lace to cheap fabric. The bottom looked like it was cut with children's scissors, strings everywhere. Never will I ever buy anything from here again.
