I am still waiting for a featherweight wheelchair ordered over 3 weeks ago. After repeated requests, I have not gotten a confirmed ship date or a notice it will be delayed. If you order a wheel chair you need it. This is not like a pair of pants that you can get by if the shipment is delayed.

Teann, We totally understand your frustration, We are seeing a backlog at all the ports that is unprecedented. We have a few containers of Featherweight powerchairs sitting at the New Jersey and Long Beach ports waiting to unload for over four weeks now! The ETA keeps on being pushed off.
