We hired them to help us with our bonding and revamp our website. At first, they were responsive to all our inquiries and prompt gets back to us whenever we need them. But somewhere along the line, they left us hanging after we have paid them. They neglected us and never offered any after-sales service and support. Clearly, they were just after the money and not the customer satisfaction.
