I own an asphalt business in Ohio. We are a seasonal business because of the weather. For the last three years we have called in late fall and paused the service until the following spring. When I called this spring to activate the devices a customer service agent told me that the service was not paused last fall. I checked my bank statements and realized that I had been charged for the past six months. To make matters worse the agent basically called me a liar and refused to credit my account. I asked to speak with his supervisor. The supervisor was just as rude as the agent stating that their system showed no call from us to pause the service. I asked for his supervisor and he told me that his supervisor didn't talk to customers. I am disputing the charges and will be on every forum possible to tell others to BEWARE. Don't give them your bank account, credit card information!
