Do not rent through Berkshire Hathaway. Spent over 8 hours cleaning and wiping down walls, counter tops, stove, fridge, and bathroom. When called to ask why an email with 80 photos of the apartment was sent with no spread sheet, or checklist, or explanation. Also all repairs are charged for like a broken garbage disposal as well.
