I would actually rate them a zero. I ordered flowers in the amount of $75 on December 23rd. My bank account was charged and then I received an email right after stating they couldn't fulfill the order as they were too busy. But I would get a refund. I still do not have the refund and it is Feb. 25th. Nor will the person I am emailing help me to get that. " You were issued a full refund and there is nothing else we can do for you at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience." I was not refunded the full amount and there is no offer to help trouble shoot the issue. BBB has multiple complaints as the same practice with this company. I am still trying to get my money back. Be wary doing business with Troys Florist.
