I found Donor Drives online after my hard drive died, and after reading through the information on the site decided that the likely culprit was its circuit board, and that the service offered by DD seemed to be a reasonable solution. Turns out, their $60 (plus shipping) repair got my hard drive working again good as new. Very responsive and helpful customer service, and the whole process was pretty quick; I had my drive back about 10 days after I shipped it off. Quite satisfied, all the way around.
