I had just moved Virginia and gave them the wrong address by One number. Not only will they not help me with the problem, they're actually rude about it. So with tax I paid $45 for nothing for a gift that was for my son. On top of that I am homeless and they don't care that I took a lot of my money to even buy this gift. I find that very cold company and a very poor one to work with. So in other words they told me it's my problem not theirs.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you have all your information perfect because if you do not they will not help you like Amazon will. Very poor Customer Service.
