“Bad for your jaw alignment and does not work.”

The ZQuiet mouth piece changes the way your teeth/jaws line up, causing jaw pressure and eventually miss alignment of your teeth. It is not good and doesn't work. The company also refused to give a refund because it was 1 day passed the 60 day return policy. I had bought it as a Christmas gift so the gift was not given right away. Don't bother with this company
