I ordered from this site over 2 months. After much frustration with the company's email only communication (no phone # to call), I became aware that their "LINE 2 ADDRESS" does not print on their labels, thus, my apartment # was not on the delivery address. The item was returned to Simply Gadgets and they are refusing to refund my money or fix the address issue and reship the item. The more I attempt to communicate with them, the ruder they have become with not handling this with integrity.
