Ordered a T-Con board to repair my TV and received a bad used one. Requested a refund and after being given a runaround was allowed to return the bad board to an address in China. Package went through but never heard from them again. Not ordering from China businesses again.

The rental owners fail to warn that the State of Hawaii requires them to disclose the following: that the vehicle does not meet the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety standards for passenger vehicles; that the vehicle is not equipped with airbags; and that the vehicle rollover protection has not been certified to protect an occupant from injury in the event of a rollover - therefore the use of a DOT certified safety helmet is recommended. The rental site does not state that such safety helmets are provided to renters.

I ordered a T-Con board from Cradeal/Boardss because their warranty said they would refund for any reason if returned in 7 days and I knew it was a used board so it might be bad if they didn't test it. I was right, it hadn't been tested and was worse than my existing board so I requested a refund within 7 days. Not only did they try to come up with several reasons not to refund, they reworded their warranty to try and defraud me. After hassling them they finally sent me a return authorization and I sent the board back at my expense. Well, they never refunded my money and they ignored my further attempts to contact them. These crooks are frauds and you should not deal with them. I got a better board on eBay.

They said they could repair my watch so I went ahead and paid for the repair work. When they sent the watch back it ran slow so I returned it to them. Once more they sent it back running slow. The watch ran so slow that it was obvious that they did not even check it before sending it back to me. When I asked for a refund they said they don't guarantee their work - so they obviously lied when they said they could repair it. I then sent the watch to a verified repair center which fixed the watch and reported that Watch Repairs USA had not only installed a defective mechanism, they had scratched the face of the watch. Check the BBB warning for them. They have been reported to the Illinois Attorney General Consumer Fraud unit. Hopefully someone will put these people in jail.
