I purchased a pair of sunglasses, the lady put them in the case. 5 days later I wanted to return them because my daughter had already purchased them. The lady said oh these are missing a tiny rhinestone. I guess I didn't check them when purchased. Long story short I've been dealing with customer service on line for 11 days and nothing resolved! They are horrible. I will buy my sunglasses elsewhere!
