The problem starts with the fact that they bury deep in their small print that if somethig doesn't fot or is defective, you are responsible for sending it back to China for a refund. That will cost you 3 times what the piece of clothing costs. I purchased a pair of denim boy jeans that arrived with the crotch seam torn. I had to keep writing them over 4 weeks time, each time trying to explain with photos, pictures of the packaging, tracking etc. And their final resolution was to send the defective jeans back to China at my cost or take a reduced settlement. They waste your time and keep asking for the same information over and over and the items are defective. Order from a US company and avoid the massive headaches you will get from Emmoil!
