I spent 5 years building out a nice site on Weebly. An app glitch happened and I contacted their tech support. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I did this, it immediately deleted every piece of data created with the app on my site, basically gutting the site. Luckily I saw this and did not save the update.

Further communication with both Weebly and Square tech support produced no useful result. My site is now frozen in time, because if I save what's in the site editor, I burn down my site. There is NO backup or archive of the current or previous versions of the site, and changes cannot be rolled back.

So their tech support recommends solutions that burn down your site and they take no responsibility, they have apps on the site that will delete any content created with them over time, there is NO mechanism for backup, archive or rollback, and finally they will make NO effort to assist a user other than providing scripted answers that don't provide a solution. Buyer Beware!
