I bought my mobile phone from Comebuy in August 2014.
8 months later (in April 2015) I had a problem: the mobile phone did not charge anymore, so I got in contact with the distributor Comebuy. First they told me that after 3 months (!) there was no longer a warranty on their products. But they offered me to help me to repair it for a reasonable price.
They gave me an adress where to send the phone, an ID-Number of my Repair-order as well as the tel-number of the subcompany that should repair my phone.
At the same time they said that it could take up to 45 days to send the phone back and that I would have to pay for the delivery and for the repair but they would try to keep the cost of the repair work as low as possible.
So I sent the phone in April. And after 45 days I started asking for the phone and they kept giving me cheap excuses. I called the subcompany to ask whether they had received my phone and they confirmed that they got it there but they were waiting for instructions from Comebuy to know what to do (they could not do anything without the instructions of Comebuy). I kept explaining this during months per e-mail to Comebuy. But Comebuy did not do ANYTHING at all. Just NOTHING.
In July 2015 Comeboy told me that they would definitely send me the repaired phone the 1st of September.
I wrote to Comebuy the 28th of August to ask how the reparation of my phone was going. They did not even answer the e-mail. So I wrote again. On the 29th of September they send me again a mail telling me that they want to send me the phone "after the 30th of December".
So, the only thing they do is keep telling me that they will send my phone back in a few months (I guess that they say that to keep me as a customer waiting).
The fact is that the 45 days that I was suppose to wait for my phone have now turned into 8 months (April to December) AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE BACK.
I can truly say that I have NEVER EVER experienced such a BAD SERVICE as the service from Comebuy.
It is really unbelievable what they do with their customers.
First they don't give hardly any warranty on their products. Then they tell you to help you to repair the products if you pay a small fee. They don't repair anything and they keep the product and they don't even send it back!
Comebuy is the worst retailer I have ever met.
