I am still wondering why you did not deliver my tickets to the FA Cup Final on May 30,2015, called me on the morning of May 30 to get me informed, told me on the phone I would be refunded on Monday, 1st of June - and yet you do not answer any kind of email from my part. Phil Guess (if this is your real name), you did again confirm in my fifteenth attempt to get in touch with you on the phone that you had cancelled my tickets. You said you you would talk to the management again – but you do not send me any written confirmation.
I have read in blogs about similar experiences of others. It seems you are trying to get away with not refunding the sum of £1,573 that I paid you for two tickets. I have spent money on two flights from Basel to London and one overnight stay at an expensive hotel in London to see the game together with my son (£ 890 for flights and accommodation). I know that the money for flights and accommodation is lost – obviously you couldn't care less. But I won't let you go regarding the money I paid you directly and got nothing in return.
I do ask you to get back to me re refunding the sum of £1,573 asap.
