We attended the Eagles concert in Palm Springs on January 16th, but we had a terrible experience with Ticketmaster. The directions link in the Ticketmaster app led us to the wrong location in Palm Springs - a casino! As a result, we missed the first 30-40 minutes of Steely Dan, which was very disappointing. We had floor seats, but our seats were moved three rows back without any explanation, obstructing our view for most of the show.
I contacted Ticketmaster support to share our negative experience and requested a credit for a future purchase, but their response was utterly disappointing. They simply told me to read their policy because they don't issue refunds. I wasn't even asking for a refund, but they completely dismissed my request for a credit.
I'm extremely unhappy with Ticketmaster's customer service. It's clear they don't care about their customers' experiences. I feel completely disconnected from the company and will not be using their services or recommending them to anyone. Ticketmaster's poor performance is just another reminder of why this organization is a complete disaster.
