You have a good marketing plan. The pricing was extremely high. It was easy to track the order.
The product is fine. The fact that you charge you monthly service fee to store the materials is crazy.
Its not like you aren't charging enough up front-you have to get more! I have lots of these old movies to get developed and you are forcing me to shop around. So Imemories can be described in one word-Meh!

Hi Thomas, We appreciate your feedback. While we cannot store digital media indefinitely at no cost, we do offer alternative options to cloud storage such as downloading, DVDs, and USB drives. The processing purchased is based on the labor involved in working hands on with media. We do want to provide options that meet a variety of needs, and hope you will reach out if you are interested in any other options should the cloud not be of interest.
