Six months in row, the site to pay our Synchrony 'Premier Mastercard" will not recognize our usernames and/or passwords. The attitude of its reps is that you MUST be your fault and it is a privilege to be allowed to use a Synchrony Mastercard. But I have screenshots proving what I entered and the rejection. I just wanted to pay the balance and be done with Synchrony. I have been waiting 1:40:06 for them to answer my "very important' call so I can pay off the card. The telephone number THEY give you for help is, one is told, the 'wrong number." The reps tell me that I must NOT use the site hyperlinked at the Synchrony website to log in, but THE "CORRECT WEBSITE" to log in WORKS NO BETTER., as I can prove. For a combination of arrogance and ineptitude, Synchrony tops the charts.:03. I fil

Humana's pharmacy is now name Centerwell Pharmacy, but the stink remains. Email prompts me to track latest drug order with Centerwll. Chicking on the Tracking Information hyperlick results in a msesage" "Whoops! That shouldn't have happened" and no infoprmation on the order. Tried three times with the same unintelligible message. Going to my "page" at Humana, I am told I have three orders pending. That is false. They are counting porders delivered weeks ago as "pending." And no status or tracking information is supplied. How do I know there is only one order pending? Because, as ususal, the readily-available on-line telephone reps have accurate information. One order. Should have it in five days. Prompted by email to check on particular orders, I have repeatedly recieved the message: "Sorry. Our records do not recognize those prescriptions." Why Humana keeps trying to force order activity through incompetent automated systems is a mystery.

On May 6,2023, I clicked on the Microsoft Word "Print" "button" to print out four pages of notes about items that I was donating to a local museum.

The printer did not print. Instead of the familiar sounds of a laser printer going into action, a message appeared on my monitor stating that I needed to up-date my printer driver (software) because the current printer driver was "out-of-date." A hyperlink was on the page to "Driver Support One"

First, I believed that Microsoft automatically performed all necessary updates for free, which was confirmed on the Microsoft site when I quickly checked on my assumption. I had routinely received on-screen notices that such updates were in process and I should not turn off my PC until they were complete. Moreover, the address of the sender of the notice to update my printer driver did not show that the message was from Microsoft. The printer had worked just fine a few days previously, and I had repeatedly read advice to never click on "unfamiliar" hyperlinks. So, I searched "Driver Support" via Google. I found many adverse reviews, including advice from Microsoft that the Driver Support app was "snake oil" and the app generating the false notice should be removed from my PC as "malware." Further, I learned that Driver Support's "service" of installing printer drivers was for a monthly $9.99 fee, with more expensive deluxe service encouraged, and was, at best, installing what is free from Microsoft., and, at worst, the installation of more malware.

I merely "rebooted" my computer and was immediately rewarded with the successful printing of my document. My printer drivers worked just fine. The notice was a lie.

My research reveals that "Driver Suppor Onet" is one of several, apparently unregistered, "fictitious" names used in Ohio by Asurvio, LP, PO Box 2022, Temple, Texas, *******.

The registered agent for that entity is apparently Michael L. Hurd, 1035 Crescent, Belton, TX, ******* (resides in Temple, TX). On linkedin Mt Hurd describes himself as "CEO at PC Drivers HeadQuarters [sic]."

The sole General Partner of the LP is Asurvio Management, Inc, PO BOX 2022, Temple, TX *******.

The application that caused the false message that I needed a driver update is on my PC without my consent, could only have been there because, in traditional malware fashion, it downloaded without my knowledge and against my wishes when I "visited" some website or another.

On-line reviews report that, once installed the software is hard to remove and, when installed, is followed by continuous interruption by the program's ads and notifications, sudden redirects to sponsored websites.

This would appear to be an automated scam.

Content with automated systems that make you change your Password every subsequent time you try to log in and falsely tell you that the User Name that Alight gave you (part of your email address of record) is the problem and then refusing to allow changing the User Name because it's the one they gave you, Alight is back to its old trick of inventing claims you never made. These claims, supposedly being considered nine months late, in fictional amounts that are unrelated to any reimbursable expense or combination of expenses, are then "denied" on the sole grounds that you have $0.00 balance to reimburse such claims. Why go through this charade? Just for kicks? No. Hanlon's Razor. Incompetent automated systems that: 1) lose data: 2) invent data; 3) cannot consistently do accurate arithmetic; and 4) misdirect you to the wrong federal agency for help, combined with incompetent management that allows these conditions to exist. Given a choice, avoid Alight by every means necessary. If they cannot be avoided, document everything and DO NOT BE A VICTIM.

Products used:
Alight administers an AT&T retiree benefit plan regulated under ERISA by the United States Department of Labor. I cannot avoid them. AT&T selected this D- BBB company.

Only a venal sin. We live where there is no mobile service available from any provider. No bars. The IT people at Tax Act, not at all unique, ASSUME that everyone has a mobile device and requires one to register or use the software. Just another example of corporate IT ASSuming. There are worse tax preparation software companies out there.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother if you have no mobile device.

The Citi "agreement" provides that Citi owes you nothing. They can refuse any reward for any reason they deem operative. They say that you have zero enforceable rights. Pay 100% of the balance due by redeeming your "cash rewards," and Citi can insist that you pay more. Citi can refuse to redeem your "Cash Rewards" balance when you ask for a check or ask that it be applied to your credit card balance: "Any benefit, reward, service or feature offered in connection with your Card Account may change or be discontinued at any time for any reason..." "You have no property rights or other legal interest in cash rewards." So, purportedly all the rights for Citi; no rights for the customer.

Tip for consumers:
Keep your "rewards' balance as low as practicable so that you lose less when they decided to enforce their one-sided terms against you.

So the wife likes a paticular yearly diary/calendar. Amazon seemed to have the low price when considering: "FREE delivery Wednesday, December 7." So I added it to the "cart," and went to checkpout. There I saw a shipping charge of $5.99. I called Amazon "customer service" and the Indian gent said that any item fulfilled by Amazon always had a delivery charge even when it says "Free delivery." So, to the Billionaire's Place, "free" may be a lie. Watch your 6.

Tip for consumers:
Check to see if Amazon lied BEFORE paying.

So the large sign on the display says the "new" brand of Grainola bars are $3.00 a box. But when you check your sales slip, the Walmart computer charged $3.79,. Repeat over and over. $. 56 here, $1.00 there. Grapes; toilet paper; eggs, soup, bathmat. Walmart added inflation. Fraud. Report it to the store managerment: - nothing changes. Report it to Walmart Corporate - nothing changes. Report it to the state consumer fraud folks; we'll see. In the meantime, watchout if shopping at Walmart.

Tip for consumers:
Only shop when Cusromer Service will be open. (Our store often had Custoner Service desk closed hours before store closes for the day.) Keep track of shelf price of each item and try to compare the price charged. If you can, phtograph shelf price for each item you select for purchase. ALSO shelf labels often not related to item displayed for sale above/below that label. Items randomly shelved.

Products used:
Not about product quaity. About a pattern OVERT MONTHS of charging more than posted shelf price and failing toi correct that practice when it is brought to theattentionof store and corportate management.

Paid for two watch straps 2/16/22. As of 2/26/22 USPS has continuously refused to "accept" the package. Seller unilaterally offers reversible credit, so it can take payment again if item EVER appears, next week, next month, next year - preventing "cover" - replacement - for the goods I bought and it failed to deliver - unless I want to risk having have more straps than I need or want. Good solution for NYWatchStore - bad for the customer. Risk of loss is on seller under UCC until delivery to my address, NOT on buyer. Not acceptable solution for failure to deliver paid-for goods.

2/8/22

Notified that my $415 pacage haad ben delivered, I searched our property down to the rural mailbox. The package was in a clear plastic bag floating in the drainage ditch. Thanks to the quality of the packaging BY THE SELLER, the watch was undamaged, but why would ANYONE use these mopes to deliver ANYTHING? The one-star rating is WAY TOO HIGH. Any fee paid was FAR TOO HIGH for the lack of service.

Tip for consumers:
If I had known the seller was using FEdEX, I would have purchased elsewhere.

I was a buyer whose watch was shipped by the seller using the odious FedEx.
