Just try and get thru to there, non-existent customer service, there system default is: leave on hold 5 minutes, say goodbye and hang up on you, every time you call, live text chat says they can't help, then disappears, BBB canceled there accreditation because the can't handle the massive amount of complaints, 1 out of every 3 orders, ends in an unresolved complaint. They ruined our Valentine's Day and My wife is still crying, don't risk ruining your occasion, DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
