They are a big rip off. I ordered May 20,2020 and they took the money out of my account and did not ship the items. I have contacted them several times and asked why the would take the money out before it was even shipped and they told me to wait a little longer. I also said no info of it was sent to me about it shipping out. Also, they said to track it, which I emailed back and told them there is no tracking #. Once again they gave me a excuse and said wait a little longer. I asked for a refund, but they told me they couldn't due to it already shipped out, BUT IT DID NOT. Finally I get a tracking #, which I had 3 items. The tracking # for 1 said it wasn't shipped out yet and the other I couldn't read because it was in Chinese. So I contacted them again for a refund. Once again they said "Wait a little longer" then "Wait 45 days more". I am still to this day trying to get them to respond and a refund, but they stopped responding to me. The last email from them said it already ship so there is nothing they can do and I responded yes there is... GIVE ME A REFUND. I am now going to call my Bank to have them take care of this and try to get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

As for the shipping delay, probably you were asked to wait more because you made your purchases in 2020 during the pandemic.
