Placed 2 orders on May 6th and May18th, 2020. Received part of my May 18th order today (July 10th), almost 3 months later. Unfortunately, half of my order is missing... No explanation whatsoever...
My May 6th order hasn't even shipped yet over 3 months later.
I reached out several times over the last 3 months to get updates through email (no one answers the phone and live chat hasn't been working for months). The ONLY response I get is when I leave a review here...
As if this isn't frustrating enough, they keep sending me promotional emails with "next day air shipping promotions". So apparently they can ship orders the next day but my order hasn't shipped after 3 months!
They have offered to refund me the shipping (I only got refund for 1 order) but I would much rather they just shipped my stuff.
I'd also really like to get an explanation why I only got half of one of my orders (why did some items get canceled, those items are still available on the website and qualify for next day air shipping). Again, I sent several emails/messages to inquire but never got any response...
I've ordered several items from other companies and got all of them within 2-3 weeks.
The Bikebandit website states delays of 2-3 weeks. In reality the delays are 3 months or more.
Had great service from Bikebandit in the past. After this experience, I'm not sure I'll ever do business with them again. They really need to communicate effectively with me if they want me to reconsider.
Unfortunately with everything going on in the world we are facing difficulties. These are difficulties that we have recognized and are in the works of fixing them. We know it can be frustrating. We have banners that let our customers know to expect 2-3 week delays at this time. We are following up with our emails as quick as we can but they are taking much longer than normal just due to the sheer volume we are getting in.
