I'm a older woman that has health issues and I get this service, supposed to be free. Anyway I'm not happy with the reps, none speak English very well. Also they lie and it's been an issue for a while now.Also old enough to know better
Gonna cut to the chase. Paying for coverage on cracked screen.8 bucks a month. Told 29 bucks to fix same day in most cases. Neither is accurate and I'm pissed. It's been over 2 weeks since this occurred and my next step is to go on every review to let people know that they suck.
Tip for consumers: Service with cricket has been horrible and have been paying for a warranty that is not any good for my cell or pocket.
Just got told my unlimited service was almost full and I also had reps that lied to me.i was supposed to get a free replacement cell phone, than I was told I would have to pay 30 bucks. The service is slow, and just not happy with this.
