I was using their remote/cloud service for about 6 months when they failed to upgrade their KOA bot to the most recent version (16.7.0). After the upgrade, the bot would mo longer function on their remote servers because the servers could no longer support running the new version. I created a ticket and gave them 3 days. They said they fixed the issue, but this false. I kept responding that the bot was still unable to run. They refused to compensate me for the days the bot failed to work and still failed to fix the issue so canceled my subscription. I expected a full refund since the bot literally failed on the date my subscription renewed. They refused, saying they don't owe a refund because they were selling a "non-tangible" product. Don't waste your time with this bot company if you play KOA. They have no integrity.
When the bot did work (before version 16.7.0), only half if the functions actually worked and they never fixed the bot after multiple tickets were submitted.
