Initially I was pretty pleased with my water softener purchase, QWT seemed to check all the boxes. Then the it stopped working 6 months later. They apparently have only one technical support person... in the Philippines with rosters crowing in the background. Honestly, I have never seen anything so unprofessional! To boot, the softener still is not working properly and no one responds to my emails and good luck getting someone on the phone, other than sales staff. Seems like I got duped and no one is accountable.
Tip for consumers:
It appears that Quality Water Treatment filters out all poor and below average reviews and only shows good reviews on their site. I worked hard to get their site to accept my review but it just was not happening ... so I am telling you guys here. :)
My advice ... If QWT shows up at the top of your purchasing screen, go with your next choice. Lord have mercy on you if you ever need service!

Know this is a store front for a direct to consumer Chinese company. Their products are priced as if they were high end products, but at best, they are just average products. Like many Chinese companies they seem to make good use of photoshop software. The actual products are not as nice as they are pictured. I am very disappointed with my purchase and likely you will be to.
I really have no issue with Amsoil products, but their service is unbelievable poor. The package of 3 quarts of gear oil they sent had defective packaging. As a consequence, the package leaked all over my front step. Amsoil did very little to remedy this problem so I am stuck with the problem they created with their new "bag" style packaging. Needless to say, I will be looking somewhere else for products in the future.
These guys are very skilled with photo shop software. My product does not look anything like the pictures. The tolerances are laughable. The welds are second rate and lots of sharp edges. Don't even think about leaving a review... because you can't unless it is 4 or 5 stars. Please look elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
3 out of 10 on the quality scale. They are only interested in 4 and 5 star ratings. I think they are scrubbing the lesser reviews from their site. They have been difficult to work with. I would recommend buying products somewhere else as there seems to be a notable difference between what is advertised and shown on the site verses what you will get in delivered to you.
