I booked and paid for a new front door in end of November 2022, it's now end of October 2023 and we are still yet to have a functioning door fitted, after 3 attempts to refit the door each time the function of the door getting worse, and the render they put on falling off. Spilt cement on the steps to the door, and the absolute shambles of an organisation, 3 seperate no shows for engineers, 3 days booked off work waiting in and no response, even after having a complaint lodged with the Ceo team.
