They installed a new shower door a while back. When they came they said they wanted $50.00 to remove the old door. Since that wasn't made clear at the time of the purchase I rescheduled and removed the door prior to the installation. Things went great. Good product. No problems with it.

Promised three day shipping. Turned out that was three days to get around to shipping once they located the product. Then another week for actual shipping. Actual time was 30 days. Quite along time to deal with a malfunctioning toilet. After three weeks I email for status. Four days later I got an email telling me they were planning to ship it in the next few days. They have an oppressive list of rules and charges, exceptions, policies and terms.
