I appreciate the customer service- personalised and very helpful with any "product faults", in that they ensure that one gets 100% results (replaced everything that just happened to be "faulty", regardless of the obvious facts of nature!).

P.S. Even though I had deleted my customer order no. Email (prudently), they looked it up and were to send out the exact amount of "faults", but it seemed to take longer than usual to receive so I let them know, thinking they were still on the way. Meanwhile, they checked the records & found they hadn't been sent, so they sent me double the amount and they arrived safe and sound a week later.
Pretty good considering Aus Post new "once a week delivery service".
Whew, long story short-
Sticking with them!
