So we ordered a bouquet of fruit and whatever i. Tuesday November 21,2023 to be delivered Saturday November 25 by 6 PM. It was made abundantly clear it needed to be delivered by 6PM. I even asked can they guarantee it, and they did. It was for the woman who owns the salon where my wife goes, whose mother had just died. The salon closes at 6 PM on Saturdays.
So sure enough, here it is Saturday 11/25 and around 6:35 we get a call from the local franchise that the driver was at the salon but it was closed. Come on.
The place charges over $100 for a few dollars worth of fruit on sticks made to look like a bouquet. Get it there on time.
And when we tried to cancel it, the woman at the grand chose said she had to check with someone and get back to us. Still no call back. Fortunately we used Amex and can dispute the charge easily.
