Recently ordered a 24v big kids sports car. The car arrived (after weeks) with many broken pieces (front axle, wheels, headlight, and floorboard cracked, and looking back, I wish I read the "no returns accepted". The customer service team is slow to respond, and to their credit, they did send news parts for me to replace, except the broken floorboard. So, after spending 1300$ with adding on every accessory, I definitely regret this purchase. What upsets me the most, is the lack of compassion that this car was delivered all banged up and my 10-year-old daughter does not get to enjoy her present. Very disappointed with the attention to my issues. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
