I've been trying to order the ID card all morning. I already have ESA status with your company but your website won't allow me to order an ID card. What has happened to your website. 3 months ago it worked great.
Don't use this company. Completely destroyed or antique desk in shipping. Have ignored our damage claim for over 120 days. Worst shipping company. No communication to us and nobody answers email or phone. And their delivery consisted of dumping in the alley behind our complex. They had guaranteed delivery into our unit. Despicable company. Beware!
