After buying several items from their marketplace sellers and submitting reviews, I have found that they are never posted. I depend of the reviews to but products. I have been a long time customer of Newegg and they have built a good reputation for service and support. Newegg has sold us out by making it appear that the marketplace sellers will give the same service and support. Beware as the marketplace sellers do not provide any real customer service. I have been a long time customer and they are very helpful the few times I had problems with orders. They have sold out to make a little more money from third party sellers. I will no longer do business with them because I have to always check to see if it is Newegg of just some fly by night third party seller. The product listed below is what I have switched to not the item I have problems with. The Seller is Anran and have lied about the ship from location and the items specs. On the item page it clearly states "Shipped from the US" but tracking states it was shipped from Hong Kong China.
Update: I canceled the Newegg order and they shipped it anyway. So now I have to refuse shipment and dispute the charges with my card provider.
