Don't order online and expect to receive your items. When it hadn't shipped for 2 weeks I reached out to inquire about my order.
First I was informed the address must be wrong. Then she realized the address was fine but the bag was sold out. I received no notifications from them. Sadly, I have to scramble to find something else for my daughter's birthday. Very disappointing. I'd expected more from this company.
