Expensive and they don't stand behind their product. Tarnishes and poor quality. Poor customer service.
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't recommend it. In fact I bought from another company, Fifth Avenue, its Canadian and they repaired and fixed and old piece I bought 15 years ago at no extra charge. They stand behind all their products.
Products used:
I bought this beautiful Vienna bracelet and the first time I put it on it broke. When I called the company they said it was over the refund/exchange date. I didn't even get a chance to wear it. I bought earrings too and they tarnished in the first few months.
