What can I say that I got every product I paid for and I paid for a few that I did not want. Customer service is impossible and more like customer handling. I loved the products and the prices but it is not worth being taken for. My CS rep told me we had discussed something after no reply for five days and then doing the opposite of what I asked. If you do not have funds available at the time for the box in your shopping fund, they will keep running it until it goes through although your window to order/edit/skip a month is about 3 days. Shady shady shady. I cancelled my membership with sadness over the loss of products and gave them every chance to make it right. And then they tried to send another box before they refunded me. I had to escalate to get the refund that I havent gotten yet and escalate again to skip the box this month. Then I just cancelled. Use a prepaid card if you really need the awesome polish.
