I was told that after I signed it, they would also sign it and send me a copy. Let me assure you there is nothing untoward going on here and it’s unfair of you to call us these names.
Our online service agreements cannot be countersigned, and our signature is not necessary for it to be valid; we’re sorry if there was any confusion surrounding this.
