Horrible that this company does not offer free returns, especially today when so many companies offer free shipping and returns. The cost of the return was basically the cost of the defective product. First and LAST TIME shopper!
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time, you can find these same products at similar prices. Plus, if the item is defective etc. you won't have to pay for the return. Look for a company that offers free shipping and returns on the same products, as this company wants the customer to keep spending money.
