I placed an online order for 3 items. My credit card was charged immediately. I returned 2 items. When the items were received at JMS I received an email that it would take up to 10 business days to credit me back. You can take my money quickly but not give it back in the same timeline? I waited several days PAST the 10 day credit back date and had to call them. The refund was processed while I was on the phone and the "customer service" agent said it would take 3-5 days before I actually received the funds. Really? Why do you have to be a Karen for a company to do the right thing. First and last order to JMS.
