I mistakenly ordered a superman drinking glass- I was trying to see what the total cost was including shipping, much like Amazon has a screen that shows you the TOTAL cost including shipping BEFORE you click the 'order' button. The order got placed instead unfortunately, and for for far more than a competing website (stylinonline charged $9.00 shipping for this single item, the competitor was significantly cheaper in both purchase price and shipping).
I immediately emailed them to explain I completed an order by mistake, and asked that they cancel the order. The next morning, I called to follow-up. I only got voicemail, so I left a message again explaining, and asking that they cancel the order (I also asked for a phone call or email back from them to confirm).
They never responded to the phone call or email. I called them AGAIN- no answer, left another voice mail.
Two days later, I got an email from them, confirming shipment of their overpriced drinking glass.
They never did respond AT ALL to my email or voice mails.
Their customer service is GARBAGE AND NON-EXISTANT, once they have your money you are SCREWED. Don't make the same mistake I did!
