My main criticism with this company is the customer service, and the extremely slow withdrawals. Initially, they are very friendly and provide exceptional customer service during the time period where you initially set up. But, after that the customer service is subpar especially when it comes to withdrawals. They advertise on their website that withdrawals are processed within 1 hour during business hours, however that is not the case. It is going on two weeks, and I still have not received my withdrawal. It seems that if it is low amounts that you are withdrawing then it will go by quickly, but for higher amounts it takes days. Additionally, it is extremely difficult to get in contact with someone who can answer your questions. It may take about 4-5 attempts at communication before getting in contact with someone, and when you do get in contact they will only provide you non answers. To give you an example I asked them when is the latest that I can expect to receive my withdrawal and there response is "we are working on processing it as soon as we can", which doesn't answer the question. Just prepare for a headache when you withdraw you fund, and best of luck to you if you use this broker.

I noticed that our company made 5 withdrawals to your crypto accounts for a total of 4,971.56 USD. 4 of these transfers was completed within an hour during business hours of the accounting department. Thus, the company does not have any debts to you.
You have always received a response from our technical support and accounting department when you have repeatedly contacted us by chat, email, or WhatsApp. You wrote to us so often that your messages and emails were already considered spam.
