I'll keep it short (even though this went on for months). Shelves are not packaged properly to avoid damage. Shipped - damaged. Shipped again - damaged again. Every customer rep you get will have a different story. No continuity. No resolution. Said they'd refund $90. (order was $700.) But they did not even do that. They will not be able to send product without high shipping costs and will be damaged because they are under packaged... single layer thin cardboard on 70lbs of shelf parts. Parts fell out onto the street when UPS delivered. FINALLY (and this is stunning), their final move was to block my incoming emails to customer service! This is how they "resolved" the situation! I've never encountered such a mishandling of every aspect in a business before. They know now I'd have to sue them, and they are taking that gamble knowingly... amazing!
