I ordered some goods in late November, and went into their website over a week ago to find some tracking information. I called Greyhound Shipping based on the info posted on the website. The rep at Greyhound spent quite a bit of time with me trying to assist in finding a way to track the order based on the info posted by Lightinthebox, but could find nothing, and told be that they've had many calls similar in nature to mine. I could not find any way on the website to contact Ligthinthebox to clarify.
