I've been a multi year user of Zip Recruiter and have found it to be a fair value overall. My issue is that when you upgrade your service to try something new for a month and decide to go back to your former plan your former plans pricing increases. I was on a 4 job posting plan and paying $377 and change monthly, plus boosts etc. My guy at Zip suggested a new plan which I tried for a month, cost was $993. Really was not worth the upgrade as it just generated more garbage than normal to sort thru, went back to my old plan and now price is $480. I email my Zip guy twice, no response, I leave a Vm, no response. Finally chased him down to express my thoughts on the price change, nothing I can do I'm told, I had a disco7nt and now it's gone. This had happened in the past as well so it's a management decision not the CSR. I told him it's a sleazy practice, you can tell he's used to the feedback. This is basically a bait and switch tactic. Now the four job plan is going to $575 from the $377 I was paying. I was on auto pilot with the plan and now I'm taking a hard look at the value. Shame on you Zip Recruiter
