I placed an order two weeks ago and received an email with so-called tracking information that did not match up to any of the standard shippers. I finally googled the tracking number and found that it is coming from China, and was only shipped the day before! This was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. I wrote the company, but they are no help... They ended with "Have a Nice Day!" I think I paid with PayPal, so I might open a case through them...
