This company is ran by automated messagebots. Stay far far away from it.
I ordered two usb adapters in July but did not receive the goods. In August I asked about the goods and got an standard message that the goods could be delayed. In September I asked again and got the same message... I told them to read their messages and... got the same message back as before.
I messaged a supervisor and got a response that I could get a refund or my goods. But before I could answer the ticket was close and marked solved.
Solved? I opened three tickets now and everytime it's solved with the same crappy message. They don't even read it.

Update 11/04: got a message from customer service. If I remove this review they will refund the missing goods. So they can read afterall but try to influence the reviews by blackmailing the reviewer. Disgusting.
Update 11/18: customer service responded that their request was not intended to bribe me into removing the review. Finally got a refund after three months of mailing back and forth.
