I placed an order yesterday and received an email confirmation. A pop up box on the email said "Free shipping sitewide", yet I was charged $13.99 for shipping and another $1.99 for handling. Customer service advised there was nothing they could do about it because it already shipped. There was no option on the site for multiple shipping charges. They're supposedly having someone from the back room call me within 24 hours but I have absolutely no faith in that happening.

Upon review, at the time of check out next business day was selected and coupon code did not include free shipping. The coupon code was for just 25% off of the order. When checking out make sure on the final page that you select standard ground 3-7 business days. Once again, I apologize for any frustration this may have caused you. Sincerely, Julian
