I have gotten many things from Martie and been happy with my experiences thus far, until I had a problem with something I bought and needed to contact customer service. The item was defective and only $15, yet they absolutely refuse to part with the $15, even in store credit. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, some of the worst I've seen. Accusatory, demanding, and not understanding at all. If they want to stay afloat, they NEED to understand how to provide good customer service. This isn't it.
